VISIT MOXY AT CONEXPO 2008
21st February 2008
Norway-based Moxy Engineering and its US distributor, Moxy Trucks America, will be introducing several new products at this years
largest construction equipment show, CONEXPO - CON/AGG 2008.
Alongside the production model MT51, which is being shown for the first time in the USA, will be several new machines in the Moxy
line up.
Firstly there is the new version of the popular MT26 (photo to left), with improved payload, more power/tonne and oil immersed brakes.
With this new machine Moxy has continued its design philosophy from the Plus 1 Concept of offering the best value, class leading machine, designed
with the end user in mind.
Next up is the Moxy Aveling Barford branded AB510. Based on the tough and reliable Aveling Barford RD range of rigid haulers, the AB510 is the
first Moxy Aveling Barford produced machine to go into production and is the smallest machine in the planned range of rigid haulers covering all
size classes to 120 tons. Moxy Engineering's Managing Director, Jamie Thomson, says "Some people will remember that we showed an AB46 prototype at BAUMA
2007. Well that really gave us some excellent feedback from our dealers and end users. We went back to the drawing board with this information
and what we have now is a production machine that is out in front in the popular 50 ton rigid hauler class."
On top of these machines, Moxy will be showcasing two more machines that it is keeping tight lipped about until they are unveiled at the show. Expect
more news articles, photos and specification sheet updates over the coming weeks.
Please come and visit our stand:N-2541 between the 11th - 15th of March at CONEXPO 2008.
